Framing and Photographs
All our photography, framing and pictures are guaranteed. They are only printed in Professional Photographic laboratories, which individually grade and colour match our images to produce consistent results.
All photographic products including frames and albums leave our Studios in first class condition.
If on receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify matters.
We will replace the faulty item or refund the purchase price – the choice is yours.
No quibble – we want you to be totally satisfied.
As with all dyes, those used in photographs will fade.
To prolong the life of your photograph avoid displaying it in strong , direct sunlight.
Should excessive fading occur within 10 years, we will reprint the image at half the prevailing price.
Choice of Photographer
Even if we don’t end up doing your photography, PLEASE make absolutely sure your photographer offers this very strong warranty.
If they are “worth their salt” they should be confident of their work by taking all the risk away from you.
